Returns and Exchanges
We have a 100 day change your mind policy, which means you have 100 days after purchasing your gift to request a return or exchange. We understand that buying a gift online can sometimes be tricky, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase!
To be eligible for a return the usual rules apply - your gift must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase.
If you would like to return your gift please email returns@tooticus.com. We will quickly get back to you with the return address and next steps. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the postage of the return.
